Mike Simon has always been fascinated by clouds, their ever-changing appearance and the complexity of their shape, light and form, and how one can always visualise so much more. In this exhibition, Simon uses graphite pencil – his chose medium in recent years – to explore the theme of clouds as life-giving forms.

“The sky, a perfect empty canvas, offers clouds nonetheless. They shift and drift and beg interpretation ….. such is the nature of art.”  Jeb Dickerson
